Membership Plans

The gym is open 6 days a week at specified hours. A typical hour long class will include an active warm up, core and skill work, strength training and a “WOD” or Workout of the Day. The WOD is constantly varied, and is never the same old boring exercises. As a group you will work under the motivation and coaching of a CrossFit Instructor. Our classes are a full hour of heart pumping work! And, we can accommodate all fitness levels.

Class passes are digital punch cards which allow you to visit the gym within a the specified period.
